Walmart bringing parking lot parties to Michigan Partying with Walmart might not have been on your bucket list, but its Summer Rewind roadshow promises to evoke feelings of nostalgia. Touring across 33 U.S. cities, Walmart is bringing the party, with free activities and giveaways, to two Walmart Supercenter parking lots in Michigan: Taylor and Plainwell. The event "lets customers travel back in time and experience our stores like a kid again — without all the rules," according to Walmart. "Whether it's jumping into that famous Walmart ball cage or opening the freezer doors to snack on sweet treats, Summer Rewind gives our customers the chance to do all the things they were never allowed to do as kids — right from their local store parking lot.
