A man pleaded guilty to indecent exposure, public intoxication and another misdemeanor after police said they found him lying down and masturbating near a Dumpster outside a credit union Wednesday. Jeffrey Brenberger, 62, formerly of Madison Heights, was sentenced to 12 days in jail after he pleaded guilty at his arraignment Thursday before Royal Oak 44th District Magistrate Donald Chisholm. Police got a call about 5:45 p.m. Wednesday about a man drinking near a Dumpster behind the Michigan Educational Credit Union, 1903 Rochester Road, near 12 Mile Road.
